The PACBELL PARK STADIUM telephone uses the new standard modular jack RJ11C.  To connect the phone, simply plug it into a wall jack.

Before operating the telephone, make certain it is properly installed with DC adaptor or four new "AA" batteries.  For long time storage, please remove batteries from the compartment.

Whenever there is an incoming call, the telephone will give a conventional electronic ring tone when the ringer switch is set to RINGER position, even if the DC adaptor or batteries are not installed, or the batteries are exhausted.  When the ringer switch is set to sound position, the telephone will play an original PACBELL PARK STADIUM sound to signal an incoming call.  If the DC adaptor or batteries are not installed, or the batteries are exhausted, a normal electronic ring tone will take the place of the PACBELL PARK STADIUM sounds.  When the ringer switch is set to OFF position, the telephone will not ring or make any sounds.

When the caller ID telephone is in standby mode (no activity) the display will show the time and date.
