09/19/03 --- Kermit Candlestick Phone "I am pleased to take a moment to thank you for the excellent service and wonderful communication that took place in my receiving the item listed below. Prior to my experience in doing business with you, I had a horrible experience with another vendor that advertised the item. They charged my credit card knowing full well that they did NOT have the item in stock. The next three weeks were filled with me firing off multiple e mails and phone calls during which they repeatedly said they would be able to get the item and were "checking" and would contact me "tomorrow". Needless to say, neither the item nor the contacts came as promised. I finally demanded that they credit my card and cancel the order. I retained all the e mails and a log of my communications in anticipation of problems regarding the refund of any monies they had taken from me. That situation is still pending.
