We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. Every novelty phone comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, please return item in original condition within 30 days from the date you received the item.
If you return the item after 30 days from the date you received the item, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
How to return or exchange an item
***** Fill out the RETURNS form and send the phone back to us within 30 days from the date you received the item.
1) Make sure you pack the telephone up in its original box with ALL its accessories.
2) Please include the original packing list inside the package.
3) Any damage to original packaging or missing interior packaging will be subject to a penalty fee.
4) We will charge $5.00 for missing accessories, $5.00 for missing manual, and $10.00 for damage / missing original box.
5) Please do not write on the manufacturers (original) box.
6) Pack phone and original box inside another box for shipping.
7) Make sure package is sealed securely.
8) Place shipping label on the shipping box.

We recommend that you send the merchandise via a carrier with tracking capabilities, such as UPS or FedEx. You should also buy insurance on the merchandise; we are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in return shipping. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault of 1-Novelty Phones.
Notice on condition of returns:
Please make sure that your return is properly packed to prevent damage. Novelty Phones will not give credit for product that is damaged or in unsaleable condition due to improper packing.
Brand new condition - full refund (less shipping)
Missing items - partial refund (see penalty fees above)
Damage - no refund

How to report a DEFECTIVE product
1) Fill out the RETURNS form within 30 days from the date you received the item.
2) We will contact you via phone/email with instructions on how to proceed.
3) We will send replacement and pay for ALL shipping cost.
4) If you want refund instead of replacement, shipping cost will not be refunded.
Refund Policy

2) We will charge $5.00 for missing accessories, $5.00 for missing manual, and $10.00 for damage / missing original box.
3) Full amount (- minus) shipping cost (- minus) misc. charges = Refund amount
4) We will notify you via email with the refund amount.
5) Refund will be issue to your credit card as soon as we finished inspecting the return item. It will take another 24-48 hours for your credit card company to post the refund on your card.
If you return the item AFTER 30 days from the date you received the item:
1) Please allow 7-14 business days for us to inspect the return product and issue refund.
2) We will charge $5.00 for missing accessories, $5.00 for missing manual, and $10.00 for damage / missing original box.

$8.00 first item - $4.00 per extra item
($12.00 two items - $16.00 three items, etc.)
UPS ORANGE :
$20.00 first item - $8.00 per extra item
($28.00 two items - $36.00 three items, etc.)
UPS BLUE :
$30.00 first item - $11.00 per extra item
($41.00 two items - $52.00 three items, etc.)
UPS RED :
$45.00 first item - $20.00 per extra item
($65.00 two items - $85.00 three items, etc.)
Oversize charges
Some telephones have an additional oversize charge; it will be noted on individual item description page.
UPS Ground: None
UPS ORANGE: $5.00
($20.00 + $5.00 oversize charge )
UPS BLUE: $10.00
($30.00 + $10.00 oversize charge )
UPS RED: $20.00
($45.00 + $20.00 oversize charge )
Shipping cost will be calculated before you submit your order, so you have a chance to review shipping cost.

Alaska, American Samoa, Arm Forces, Federated states of micronesia, guam, hawaii, marshall islands, northern mariana islands, palau, puerto rico, and virgin islands.
Non-Continental USA Shipping Charges & Delivery Times:
USPS Priority Mail (3-4 Days) - $18.00 ($10.00 extra per additional item)
USPS Express Mail (1-2 Days) - $40.00 ($10.00 extra per additional item)
International Orders:
We do not ship outside of the United States.
After we shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order number and tracking number information. You could also visit our " order status " page for shipping confirmation.

A sales tax of 6.50% is added to all orders shipped to Utah addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments outside Utah.
